Prior to founding Finn Equities, Mr. Finnegan was involved in over $4B in multifamily transactions in some of the fastest growing markets in the United States.
Mr. Finnegan worked with American Realty Advisors, a premier investment manager of institutional quality commercial real estate portfolios, where he specialized in Western United States multifamily markets.
Prior to ARA, Mr. Finnegan contributed to the acquisition and operations of a multifamily portfolio for Tides Equities, a leading commercial real estate investment company focused on investments throughout the Western United States.
Mr. Finnegan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, with a concentration in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Mr. Edwards is responsible for leading the firm’s Business Development team where he oversees ongoing investor relations, fundraising, and reporting. He also assists with deal sourcing, acquisition underwriting, and portfolio management.
Mr. Edwards has made significant contributions to Finn Equities since its inception in 2021 as both an investor and strategic advisor.
Mr. Edwards brings to Finn Equities a decade of experience in business development across diverse enterprise sectors. Notably, he plays a pivotal role as a partner overseeing the real estate arm of a prominent Bay Area family office.
Mr. Edwards holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
